Hello Childersburg band parents, March

First of all,
I would like to thank each one of you for your help this year and look forward
to working beside you for the rest of this year and next year. As some of you
may know, it will be Childersburg’s honor to host the annual Talladega County honor
band concert this weekend. It is tradition that we provide a hospitality room
for all band directors on Friday during practices. I would like to ask for your
help. If you can donate just ONE food item for this event, it will be greatly
appreciated. Any finger foods would be great! The following items are examples
of things that can be donated: A bag of chips or pretzels, a package of
cookies, a package of snack cakes, a package of brownies, a container of chip
dip, any type of drinks, etc…. If each parent donates just one item, this will
be plenty to have in the hospitality room. Please send in all items by
Thursday. Thank you so very much for your help.
